Both continue to see personal training clients and focus much of their time on helping to develop their team members, as well as researching and experiencing the latest in health, wellness and longevity.

24 years ago, we almost destroyed AXIS because we could not be open and communicate to our team the details after firing of two employees. The Board, HR and our attorneys all said "Take the high road" but it almost killed the business.
