The many challenges and lessons learned have given them the knowledge and skills necessary to build a team and a business with a strong foundation to succeed through the good times and the bad. Both continue to see personal training clients and focus much of their time on helping to develop their team members, as well as researching and experiencing the latest in health, wellness and longevity.

Today is our last Friday at our original location of almost 30 years! It's a bittersweet goodbye to our home at 550 Ravenswood, but we are excited for our move down the street to an all new gym and restoration space. In this episode we share a little of the pain we've gone through to get here, and heartfelt gratitude for our team and community.
